Content Strategy

I specialize in planning, developing, testing, optimizing, and managing a variety of content for several apps, B2B/B2C corporations, startups, non-profits, and universities. Moreover, I’m adept at collecting and analyzing data to develop omnichannel content strategy, improve SEO, metrics performance, and end-to-end customer experience.

Social Media Marketing

I manage daily posting, paid ad campaigns, community engagement on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tumblr, SoundCloud, WeChat and Weibo.

I also analyze and present performance data using Excel, SQL, and Tableau.


I author consumer-facing content, including UI text, video scripts, chatbot responses, help articles, emails, social media posts, and marketing copy in both English and Chinese by analyzing research data and test results, following brand guidelines, as well as learning about the flow, audience and their needs.

Besides, I write news, features, profiles, research papers, and blogs about advanced technology, emerging media, culture, and my experience for millions of global subscribers.
